How it works

Physical loyalty, explained in three steps.

A branded item starts the interaction. The customer taps or scans. Your business gets a cleaner customer list and a reward that staff can track.

01

Hand them a card, chip, sticker, or stand scan.

Each item carries NFC and QR so it works on modern phones, menus, counters, check presenters, gym desks, and retail checkout areas.

02

They tap or scan and claim the offer.

The page opens in the browser, asks for consent, and captures name, phone, and email before showing the reward.

03

You get customer info and redemption status.

Your dashboard shows new customers, issued rewards, claimed rewards, exports, and campaign follow-up options.

Simple pricing

One core subscription, one review product, clear hardware costs.

Included in Loyalty Base

The practical tools a local business needs.

The first release focuses on customer capture, redemption tracking, and clear follow-up instead of a crowded platform pitch.

Customer capture

Name, phone, email, consent, source item, and visit history in one owner view.

Reward redemption

Issued and claimed states help staff understand whether an offer has already been used.

SMS/email campaigns

Use included message credits or add hands-on help when you want done-for-you campaign handling.

Google review option

Route review-only hardware to your public Google review URL, then upgrade to loyalty later.

Wallet pass next

After a customer enrolls, an optional member reward pass can live behind the same tap-or-scan flow.

Export and ad tracking

Customer exports and UTM storage make it easier to connect scans back to local ads.

FAQ

Plain answers before you buy.

What do I pay monthly?

Loyalty Base is $99/month. The Google Review Stand is $50 one time and does not require a subscription. Done-for-you campaigns are an optional +$50/month add-on.

What do chips/cards cost?

Poker chips are $0.49 each with a 100 minimum. Paper NFC cards are $0.20 each with a 200 minimum. Premium loyalty cards are $30 each. Stickers are quoted by batch.

Do customers need an app?

No. Customers tap or scan and use a web page. Wallet passes are optional after enrollment.

Can staff mark a reward as claimed?

Yes. Loyalty Base tracks issued and claimed reward states so staff can see whether an offer has been redeemed.

Does this work with Google reviews?

Yes. The review stand opens your public Google review URL. Full Google Business Profile monitoring and owner-approved reply workflows are planned after the simple review product.

Does this work with Toast/Square?

The first release captures customer and reward data independently. Deeper Square and Toast loyalty integrations are pilot roadmap items, not automatic discounting promises on day one.

What happens after 200 new customers/month?

We keep the hero simple and handle higher volume in the pricing conversation. The first billing model uses a simple data tier or custom plan after 200 new records/month.
