Never. They tap (NFC) or scan the QR and a web page opens on any phone — iPhone or Android. No download, no account.

Are there per-customer or per-order fees?

No. Every plan includes unlimited members and unlimited taps. Your bill doesn't grow because your loyalty program works.

What happens if I cancel?

Your chips keep working — they just send guests to a clean LoyaltyChips page instead of your custom reward. Re-subscribe anytime and they light back up. The hardware you bought is never wasted.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Card required, billed nothing for 30 days, cancel in two clicks. Kits are purchased separately so your chips are on the counter while you evaluate the software.

Can I change the reward later?

Yes — the chip points to a reward page you control. Change the offer anytime, no reprinting.
