1. Measurement tools
Loyalty Chips uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, and event tracking to understand which public pages, CTAs, campaign sources, and demo surfaces help merchants evaluate the product. Public acquisition pages can record page views, button clicks, form submits, campaign parameters, and ad-click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, and wbraid when present.
2. Attribution data
When a visitor submits a lead form or opens public checkout, campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content, and common ad-click identifiers may be attached to the request and stored with the lead or checkout metadata. This helps connect a first-batch request to the campaign or channel that produced it.
3. Essential cookies
Merchant dashboard sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies. These cookies are required for account authentication and are not used for cross-site advertising.
4. Customer reward pages
Reward claim forms collect only the information needed for the merchant's reward and separately record consent choices for marketing follow-up. Public scan endpoints store a truncated hashed IP value for abuse prevention and audit hygiene; raw IP addresses are not persisted by the application.
5. Choices
Browser controls can block or clear cookies. Customers can also opt out of merchant email campaigns through unsubscribe links, and privacy requests can be sent to privacy@loyaltychips.com.
